Mr. Strizich, |

When my
Chief Technology Officer’s hard drive crashed last week, I was certain that
he had lost the Corporate presentation that he been working on for the
past few days. Our
in-house IT team tried, but was unable to recover the drive.
After speaking with some of my trusted consultants about the issue, I was
(thankfully) directed to your company. After
contacting Alan at your company, I was reassured that the chances of recovering
the drive were “pretty good”. The
drive was delivered to your company on Monday morning, and by 11:00am, Alan
contacted me to let me know that you were able to access some of the data, and
would get back to me as soon as there was some good news. When
Alan called me on Wednesday telling me I should have the data returned to me on
CD’s by 3:00 I was thrilled and relieved.
Having my CTO lose his valuable data, and our department not being able
to recover it, was one of the more painful experiences that I have had of late,
but hearing that it could be fixed was definitely the happiest. Thank
you very much for the quality work and customer service that your company and
staff provided to me and my company, and I look forward to being able to
“rescue” some of my colleagues who are unfortunate to experience the same
trauma.
