Our data recovery pricing is fair, up front and without hidden fees. We take a lot of pride in our pricing, because we have found that there is a great deal of variability in industry rates. Our years of experience in the data recovery industry have allowed us to develop a flat rate pricing model which is uncommon in the data recovery industry.
How do we determine the price of our data recovery services? This depends on how much data is recovered from your hard drive (or other media). The size or capacity of the media you submit does not factor into the pricing. To save money, some customers ask us if we can retrieve certain parts of the data, and not all of it. Generally it takes just as much time to access just a few parts of the data as it does to get all of it, so this becomes a non-issue. The data on a hard drive is stored randomly.
How much does it cost to recover data from a Window's or Mac based Desktop PC or Laptop? Generally $350.00 to $750.00. This of course is dependent upon how much data is on the drive. We don't add on other fees later or during the process however. The only other charges incurred are the cost of shipping your data back to you and the cost of a hard drive if you want us to put your data on a new drive. We usually require this if there is more than 20gb. of data.

- We can provide a firm fixed price prior to or after you submit your media.
- The average Window's, Novell or Linux Server usually runs $800.00 to $1000.00 (Depends how much data is on the Server)
- Raid systems can vary greatly in price depending on the complexity. (An evaluation charge usually applies on Raid Systems.)
- Recovery of a Floppy Disk is usually $50.00 to - $150.00.
- Memory Sticks, Smart Media and Micro Drives vary from $150.00 to $250.00
- It is important to note again that our prices no not reflect the size of the hard drive.
- Recovered data is returned on CD, DVD or another hard drive.
